Is it normal for car insurance to cost more than the previous year, even though I made no claims?

i am 23 no NCB used whole uk permit for just two year 8 months and i am a hire vehicle driver therefore have alot of driver experience ie get average of 10 automobiles a-day from tiny automobiles to luxury 4x4s and trucks got a quote for a v-reg (1999) Peugeot 206 1.9 L Diesel 5 door for 1330.76 3rd party fireplace and burglary is this a good estimate or am I going to be capable of have it along.
